With two double bedrooms and one twin room, the property sleeps six people comfortably, and offers lots of living space so you can spend your holiday relaxing at the property as well as enjoying the nearby beaches and countryside. Set over two floors, downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining table. There’s also a lounge with a feature log burner (not in use), TV and DVD player. A twin bedroom and double bedroom are also located downstairs, along with the family bathroom. Meanwhile, upstairs you will find the master bedroom, as well as another bathroom complete with a bath, basin and WC. Time spent outdoors is a key part of a holiday in the South Hams, so the garden at Sunnyside is a favourite feature. There’s a raised patio area which allows you to enjoy views sea views while you cook on the barbecue and tuck into leisurely lunches thanks to the table and chairs provided. In the winter months it is a quiet bubble away from the world with a charming village complete with a pub, café/restaurant and a selection of hotels that also offer food, drink and spa treatments. In the summer, the intimate location has a happy, buzzy community vibe all of its own and is a haven for days spent on the beach and splashing about in the sea. Hope Cove also offers easy access directly onto the South West Coast Path, for breath taking clifftop walks, and it’s only a short drive (or long walk) from the famous seaside town of Salcombe.
