Perched on a hill, surrounded by greenery and calm, the Hauts de Lartel invite you in all simplicity in its pretty stone house! Located at the border of 3 departments, the cottage will be the perfect starting point for all your explorations. And if it’s the "laziness" that tempts you, serve yourself a glass of this delicious wine from our regions, sit by the pool and let yourself be lulled by the lapping of the water... the holidays can begin! The house is made of Quercy stones and is entirely reserved for you. An extra bed for one can be installed on request for an extra person or cot (no extra charge) In this case, make the reservation for 8 but then specify by message that you will be 9. This way, everything will be ready for your arrival! The house consists, on the ground floor, of an open space living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and reading area. Amenities include: A TV, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, maintenance products and some condiments. Access to the washing machine in the laundry room. A wooden staircase will then lead you upstairs, where the attic rooms with low ceiling are divided into 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, a master bedroom with 1 double bed (with the possibility of adding a cot at no extra charge) and a shower room with w-c. A 4th bedroom, with private bathroom, is located on the ground floor. A plancha is available in the garden upon request. Attention: 1) Partys are NOT allowed. 2) The cottage is initially intended to accommodate 8 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a 9th person, or a cot. No additional persons will be admitted to this number. 3) The use of heating (out of season) involves additional costs. 4) The pool is at your disposal between 9am and 7pm.
