Also, you can enjoy many amenities such as gym. The room sized 58 sq.m. consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed which is very suitable for couples and family travellers. It decorates as modern cozy style so that it helps you feel comfort and relax during your stay. There are 7-11 nearby, local market and also the community mall which you can find plenty of food. This residence is safe by keycard access, 24hr security guard and CCTV. FACILITY PROVIDED: Unlimited WIFI, air-condition, TV, fridge, water heater, microwave,kettle,dishes,spoons,forks,chopsticks,bowls. ** Washing machine is available in common area with 20 baht fee** Free parking in property but only available with advance request The guests can access every facilities in our condominium such as gym. 24-hour convenience store and community mall is nearby in which guests can find food to eat anytime. We have 3 staffs living nearby this place which is 5 minutes away. Anytime you need our help, we can be there for you. BTS Skytrain is the best Taxi is also convenient - Please do not make loud noise while staying at the place - NO SMOKING, NO PARTY, NO DRUG & GAMBLING at our place. - If we found out that the number of guests staying in our place is more than booked, penalties will be applied. An additional charge of 600 THB per extra guest per night will be applied or the reservation can be cancelled without refunds immediately once we found this issue. Also, we as hosts have the right for not let the guests stay if the guests did not do what both of us agree at the beginning. - If there is 1 guest staying at our place, we will open only 1 large bedroom (bedroom with double bed). - We provide 1 access key card only. - Check-in between 12 am - 7 am, there will be additional costs incurred.
