Welcome to the little quirky house STRICTLY NO PARTYS ALOUD (CCTV on external of property) Security will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately and deposit will not be returned. The house is modern and comfortably sleeps 4 guests with a king size round bed in the bedroom and a full size double sofa bed in the living room. located a short walk from bury town centre with great links to Manchester City centre and with in a stone's throw away from the famous ARCADE CLUB. The house is small and cosy but fits everything in so well. It consists of open plan living, kitchen and breakfast bar area. Stairs leading into bedroom with bathroom off the bedroom. Facilities include; Cooker Microwave Washer/dryer Kettle Toaster Iron and board Maiden Hair dryer Fibre Broadband Netflix ENTIRE HOUSE, ALL FACILITIES TO USE. Free parking is available on the street outside the house Guest are free to call, text or email me at any time and I will do my best to accommodate my guests needs. Quite street with friendly neighbours. The house is in a great location close to bury town centre and the rock with great shopping the metrolink service is also in bury centre making it easy to access Manchester city centre and other local towns the house is also close to the m66 motorway. Supermarkets and local pubs are within walking distance. ARCADE CLUB IS ONLY 2 MIN WALK AWAY. Clean towels and bedding will be supplied for each stay I try to leave bread and milk for every stay but last minute booking I might not be able to. For longer stays if you require the house to be cleaned with bedding change and fresh towels mid way through your stay please let me know this will be charged at £12
