Our one-bedroom apartment is set in the heart of Potts Point in a 1930's Art Deco building. Currently awaiting updated photos, this gorgeous apartment is set up with gorgeous retro furniture. With a stunning retro charm, and located in the heart of Potts Point, this apartment is the perfect place to relax after exploring the best that Sydney has to offer! Located on Orwell St, we are only 200 metres from the King Cross Train Station, and are a few steps from Maclay St and Victoria Street, renowned for hosting some of the best restaurants in Sydney. We are only a 5 minute drive from the infamous Crown St, and Ubers are frequent. The Red Room located in The Orwell is the best place to spend your inner city holiday! The apartment is on the top floor of an Art Deco building. The building is 3 stories high and please note there is no elevator. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as a Smart TV in both the bedroom and the living room as per the photos! The entire apartment and all storage spaces are free for you to use. The rooftop (which is pictured) is free for you to use as per the buildings rules! My uncle lives next door and I own an apartment in the building, so you will see us around all the time! My team and I are available online frequently and all know the area very well!! Our apartment is located in the epicenter of fashionable Potts Point, which has been likened to New York’s SoHo. This vibrant suburb is alive with cool restaurants, cafes, bars, hip boutiques, creative bookshops and galleries. Potts Point is within walking distance of the CBD, Sydney Harbour, The Opera House, The Botanic Gardens and many other fine art galleries and museums. You are 200 metres away from Kings Cross station, 10 minute walk to the Sydney CBD as well as a 15 minute walk to Oxford Street! - We have a parking spot located in Earl Place, Springfield Avenue. You can rent this out for $20 a day. Please let us know before your arrival if you need a parking spot.
