You want to relax and escape everyday life and are looking for a break in a picturesque, quiet landscape, near the lake with direct access to nature and want to spend your vacation in a luxuriously furnished house with an undisturbed view of meadows and forests? Then you are cordially invited to our holiday home. Here you have 85 m² relaxation area for up to 6 people, divided into two large rooms and 45 m² roof terrace, underfloor heating, a wellness area with 2 saunas and a whirlpool, fitness equipment and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room with American kitchen, relax on a large sofa bed, watch TV or DVD, listen to the radio or read. Enjoy the beautiful light through the floor-to-ceiling, double patio door that leads directly to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is integrated in the room, with a complete set of equipment and dishes, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Coffee, tea, cream and Sugar awaits you upon arrival. The hall offers enough space for your wardrobe, shoes, bags and other things. In the bedroom and living room you will find a comfortable, large bed, a sofa bed, a cozy sitting area, a reading area, a TV area, books and games. We will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair for the little holidaymakers, if desired. The floor-to-ceiling patio door gives you direct access to the roof terrace. The toilet is small and nice. The luxury wellness bath leaves nothing to be desired and welcomes you with a huge whirlpool with multiple jets, air and water jets and separate settings for the currents. You can decide which nozzles to use. In the evening you can look at the stars while bathing under the skylight. A dumbbell set and fitness equipment are at your free disposal. Furthermore, you invite two saunas for a sauna. A steam sauna, in which, depending on your wishes, you can use fragrance essences of your choice in addition to pure steam. Or do you prefer a real, hot sauna? Then enjoy the dry sauna with lava stones and infusions with the ladle. There is space for up to 4 people to enjoy the sauna together. Cool off afterwards on the 45m² roof terrace or simply relax on it. There you will discover pure nature, meadows, forests and, with a little luck, deer and other forest dwellers. The wind gently massages your soul. The distance to any source of noise allows undisturbed relaxation. Especially sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed with a nice drink. The roof terrace is comfortably furnished, with seating and lying options. There is parking for your vehicle directly in front of the property. In the summer months we operate our swimming pool outdoors with sufficient seating and lounging opportunities. You can rent various leisure items on site, such as bicycles, fishing, boats, roller blades, sledges, ice skates, skis. Other entertainment options, e.g. B. Darts, badminton, table tennis and basketball are also available. The landlord will be happy to show you various fishing opportunities as a passionate angler. The Dessau East / South motorway exit can be reached in about 10 minutes. The Gropius and Bauhaus town of Dessau-Roßlau can be reached in about 15 minutes and the Lutherstadt Wittenberg in about 30 minutes. A trip to the iron and dredging city of Ferropolis is really highly recommended. Various concerts and performances by well-known artists take place here several times a year. We are happy to offer a pick-up and drop-off shuttle to attend such an event or concert. Enjoy the neighboring Dübener Heide, the garden kingdom of Dessau / Wörlitz, the natural lake Goitzsche near Bitterfeld with its bathing and recreational opportunities and numerous excursion options and sights in the surrounding area in Halle an der Saale or Leipzig. Even the federal capital of Berlin can be reached in just 75 minutes by car. And then you can look forward to wellness, rest and relaxation in your holiday home in the "time out at the lake".
