Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. The units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both rooms are available for rent. They have same structure but are individual. Smoking of marijuana is strictly prohibited! There will be a $50 fee charged for any evidence of smoking in the room and drug use on the premise. This is a comfortable and warm newly remodeled private guest house, with amazing 180°view of the city that will give you an unforgettable trip. The room has full amenities including refrigerator, smart TV, Wifi, and all utensils. Private bathroom is included and a separate laundry reserved solely for guests. If the host is available, transportation to airports can be provided with an extra cost. The house is 10 min from the Santa Anita Racetrack, methodist hospital, metro station, mall and asian supermarket. 5 min from 210 freeway, 1 min from Vons, and 20 min to Pasadena. The streets are frequented by deer. The drive to old town Myrtle is 2 minutes. Drive to 210 freeway is 5 minutes. There are many restaurants, banks, and supermarket nearby. We also have a hiking trail within walking distance near the house. Due to the location in the mountain, it is easy to cause fire. So please refrain from smoking on the streets. If you need to smoke, please do so in the backyard at the lower deck. No marijuana or drugs of any kind!
