***IMPORTANT*** Before each new arrival, we take special care to disinfect the surfaces that visitors often touch and to deep clean the house. Spacious, 115 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms with amazing sea view. Located up in a small hill, 350 metres from the beach and seconds away from the bus station. There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space. There is no parking available outside the property, but there is port free parking. Before booking with us, please make sure you thoroughly read this listing and pictures to ensure it fits your needs. Please remember that this is our holiday apartment, not a luxury listing or hotel : ) Staying at our home you have full access to the house and we truly want you to feel that our home is your home and we hope that you do so with respect and care. Making the reservation you confirm that you indeed have read and accepted our house terms and rules. Thank you. * This is a quiet neighbourhood so NO PARTIES are allowed. There are neighbouring families living close and downstairs so guests MUST respect the quiet hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 08:00). So you need to be careful of any kind of disturbing and loud noises. * Suitable for group of friends and families. Be extra cautious with the balconies if you come with young children or babies, please be aware that children should ALWAYS be supervised when going outside the balconies because of height. * It is conveniently away from the village’s main roads, but still close enough to the village shops and restaurants and everything else you may need, especially if you have rented a vehicle ( we recommend to rent if you are used to have things next door - we remind you that we are located up on a small hill so there is some walking if you do not have a vehicle. Not the best idea under a hot sunny day) *It has its own private entrance. * Self check in: There is a lockbox outside the house with password to get access to the keys of the main outside door + the inside entrance door of the apartment. * The water is heated by the sun so there is always hot water, unless it is a rainy day (in which case it can be heated by electricity). * It has an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. * Free wi-fi. * We provide, if needed, a baby crib park. - Living / Dining Room: The living room has direct access to both balconies. Retractable Shade Awnings. *** Please note that the house has stairs leading up to the outdoor entrance (10 approximately), and an inside staircase which leads to the apartment on the first floor, so unfortunately there is no accommodation for guests with limited mobility as there is no elevator. You are not allowed to climb up the stairs to roof terrace. You are not allowed to enter in any way the garden of the apartment in ground floor. We are committed to provide a great stay for our guests. Before you arrive you will be provided with links with our exact location and phone numbers and of course the password for the key lock box if you arrive late or for any reason we can not be there to welcome you. We are available to answer all of your questions. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Litsa's daughter Nikoletta (who lives in Crete island) will mainly communicate with you for language reasons. But Litsa herself will be always there in person in case anything needed . She lives down the hill to our family house on the main central road of the village. Dimitra, also a trusted friend of ours, will be there for you via phone or in person if needed. Not the best idea under a hot sunny day) * All basic village facilities are located on the main road of the village - Sekeri road - like supermarkets, kiosks, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops, car/bicycle/bike rental office and daily excursion offices. If you do not have a vehicle you must walk down the hill (and climb back again) for almost 500 metres to get to the centre of the village. * Nearest beach is down the hill near the harbor, 300 m and 5-10 min by feet. Tolo is a fishing village renowned for its crystal clear seas, where you will enjoy swimming, fishing and all kinds of water sports. You will swim on the beach of the village and on the island of Romvi, where you will go by boat. For more variety, you can try other Argolida beaches, which are within easy reach, such as the popular beaches of Karathona and Nea Kios, the less cosmopolitan in Vivari, Drepano, Iria, Myli, Kiveri and the beach of Arvanitia in Nafplio. *Tolo main features, which attract visitors from all over the world, are its natural beauty, its well-known hospitality and its geographical location, which offers the possibility for short visits to all of the archaeological sites of Argolida. * Travel around the village is very easy, as you can reach Nafplio in just 10 minutes (10 km). There are daily bus services almost every hour to Nafplio and from there there are many routes to the rest of Greece, mainly via Athens. The bus stop is outside hotel "Irene" just next to our house, 50 metres away! Tolo is a picturesque seaside village, ready to offer its visitors traditional hospitality and modern entertainment. The sandy beaches with warm waters, the rocky shores, the mountainous landscape and the picturesque small harbor make Tolo the ideal holiday destination. The 3 picturesque islets within its bay invite you for a romantic boat ride: Daskalio, where there used to be a seminary, Romvi, with the remains of medieval walls, and Koronisi, with the chapel of the Twelve Apostles. The Tolo beach stretches for about 1 kms starting from the beach " Psili Ammos " and ending in the small picturesque village port where the fishing boats and various excursion boats will always see tied. The beach location and infrastructure combines the opportunity for swimming, relaxing on the beach and enjoying a coffee , drink or food near the sea , as along it you will find traditional taverns , cafes and bars. The sea is shallow mainly sandy with a few points pebble ideal for children with warm and clear water. Access: It can be reached on foot or with your own vehicle. Facilities: It is fully equipped. It has cafes, restaurants, rental long chairs and parasols, and showers. It also provides all the modern amenities for water sports and a playground. There is free parking space along the road. Until this day, it has kept its traditional character as being a peaceful place enriched with various activities. It features a uniquely beautiful landscape which provides an opportunity for relaxation in nature in combination with numerous ways of getting active. You can indulge in water sports, relax while fishing or simply explore the small islands opposite the harbor. The islands can be reached not only by boat but by swimming and they offer a pleasant excursion walking along the paths surrounded by lush nature. Visitors can enjoy a walk on the hillsides while admiring the panoramic view over the Gulf and, on the other side, the view of the plain with its tangerine trees. The trails are also suitable for hiking and cycling. It is worth noting that daily excursions to famous archaeological sites of Argolida and daily summer cruises to the islands of the Saronic Gulf are organised from Tolo. The guest that made the reservation must give his/her full legal name, passport identification numbers/National ID numbers to the host through our airbnb communication chat or on their arrival and before their check out. Greek citizens must provide their ΑΦΜ and full legal name. This is to comply with the new Greek Tax Laws.
