Use our place as a base for exploring the Waikato area. Only 2 mins to cafes and shops and within easy distance to Waitomo Caves, Hobbiton, Hamilton, Cambridge, Mystery Creek (Agricultural Field Days), Lake Karapiro, and the Raglan Coast. Auckland, Rotorua and Taupo are also within 1 - 2 hours drive. Our home is in a rural residential zone, so no immediate neighbours, yet only a few minutes to town and amenities. We have a large garden and several farm animals as pets. This room has a king size bed; own private ensuite; mini fridge; tea and coffee making facilities. The glass doors open straight onto the deck where there is outdoor seating. We will give you as much privacy as you wish. Our living area is completely separate. However, we are also happy to help you make the most of your stay, so feel free to ask. Surrounded by other lifestyle blocks or large rural sections. Very quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood, yet close to town and amenities. Hamilton airport is 15 - 20 mins drive. You will need your own transport and we have off street parking. Each room is for 2 people max per night. This price includes a complimentary continental breakfast of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, a variety of spreads, juice, tea and coffee, which is served in our kitchen at the breakfast bar.
