(No Additional Fee for using Gas stove) -Rice cooker, kettle, pan, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cooler are provided. - FREE 5 Gallon of mineral water -Tables and chairs. -Loud noise is strictly until 10 pm(Weekends) & 9pm(Weekdays) in Function Area there are tenants in 1st and 2nd floor. - 1 space for Car park & Limited space for motorcycle size of Sedan - Number of guest you reserved are the allowed number to stay/use our property.
