Oleander house Ground Floor: Double living room with chimney, Dining Room, Large Fully Equipped Kitchen, 1 bathroom, Patio with sofa and coffee table. First floor: 2 ensuite double bedroom with 2 bathrooms with shower. (Upon Request it's available a Crib for Kids) Outdoor: Swimming pool, 4 sunbeds, Outdoor Furniture with table and chairs. Jasmine house: Ground Floor: Dining Room and Large Fully Equipped Kitchen and sofa with relax area. First floor: 2 ensuite double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower. (Upon Request it's available a Crib for Kids) Outdoor: Outdoor Furniture with table and chairs (eclusive use of the villa) Swimming pool in the Oleander garden The property is divided in two independent houses called Oleandro (Oleander) and Gelsomino (Jasmine), both with private outdoor spaces for outdoor dining and separate entrances. You will have fully access to both houses and the garden, so perfect set up to enjoy your time with family and friends. The lovely swimming pool finished in wood. We are dog lovers and willingly accept even 4-feet guests. We're always available for suggestions and indications. Tavullia is hometown of Valentino Rossi, the motogp raider and multiple times world champion The house is the best location for those who love to stay in the nature and relax but still close to the sea and the fun of the Adriatic Coast. the area is fantastic for cycling as it's full of fantastic hills and views of the both the country and seaside. Morevoer, you will find beaches, shopping outlets, excellent restaurants in just few kilometers. We'll be more than welcome to suggest the one we prefer! If you travel with childrens theme parks such as Oltremare, Acquafan and Italy in Miniature are just few minutes by car. The Riviera Golf Club and Motocircuito Misano Adriatico attract golfers and motorcycles internationally.
