A lovely, well-kept 2-bedroom double-glazed and central-heated static holiday home that sleeps 4 people, with a king bed and 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. To top it off, you are in the perfect location for a leisurely stroll to the picturesque Rye Harbour. Life gets no better! Stepping into the property, you are greeted by the welcoming warmth of the lounge. The lounge is carpeted and includes sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, a flatscreen television, and an electric fireplace to warm you up on those cooler evenings- holiday homes don’t have to be just for the summer! The comfortable furniture is freestanding so you are able to create a real home-from-home atmosphere. The television comes with Freeview channels. The colour scheme, with its warm beiges and browns accentuated with pops of blue and red in the decor, really adds to the inviting atmosphere of the space. With light walls, bright decor, and plenty of windows, you will be able to let the sunshine in on the bright days, and shed some light on the grey, rainy ones. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, an oven, a toaster, a fridge, and a kettle. The space doubles up as a dining area, which makes it a perfect place for family bonding time! It also has plenty of decor, which really gives it a homely, family-friendly feel. If it’s rest and relaxation you’re after, look no further! Our master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, allowing you to really stretch out and achieve peak relaxation. There is a wardrobe to stow away your clothing. You will also be able to rest with the knowledge that your belongings are safe in the many cupboards and cabinets in the room. The family bathroom includes a toilet, a sink, a shower, and cupboards and cabinets to keep your toiletries at your closest convenience. The double doors open out onto gated decking, which provides plenty of room for children to run around and play whilst remaining safe. Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis. Sorry, no pets in this property and all our properties are no-smoking. Set in an exceptional coastal landscape, Rye Harbour Holiday Park is situated alongside the historic harbour, right next to a beautiful nature reserve featuring a vast array of rare wildlife and a variety of habitats. Following a day out in the brilliant scenery, you can relax with a drink in the bar, watch live evening entertainment, and see what's on offer in the restaurant with a takeaway service available. There's also plenty to do inside the park - unwind in the climate-controlled indoor pool, explore the amusements in the arcade, or enjoy the latest sporting events on the big screen in the clubhouse. There's also a sports field, an adventure playground, and in the summer months children can be kept entertained by fun and games in the kids club. The neighbouring reserve is perfect for country walks, birdwatching and photography - a nature lover's paradise. There's also watersports, golf, family-friendly farms and Rye Castle just a short drive away. The surrounding area of Rye is rich with charm and history. Traditional timber-framed buildings look out over rolling hills dotted with fishing lakes, blossom-filled orchards and hop gardens. The Cinque Port of Rye is just one mile away, a beautiful town where winding cobbled streets are lined with carefully preserved medieval, Tudor and Georgian architecture featuring quirky independent shops, art galleries, antique stores, pubs, tearooms and restaurants. The area boasts stunning beaches, with the glorious Camber Sands just an 18-minute drive away on one side and the picturesque Winchelsea Beach a 10-minute drive on the other. The popular Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway and Port Lympne Safari Park are around a 30-minute drive away to the East, with the vibrant town of Hastings and the historic town of Battle a 30-minute drive to the West, where the battle between King Harold and William the Conqueror gave 1066 Country its name. Nearest supermarket: 8-minute drive. Park facilities include: shop, clubhouse with bar and restaurant, launderette, WiFi, play area, arcade, entertainment venue, sports field, indoor leisure pool.
