Many charming restaurants can be found within 5min as well. Street parking (blue spots) is available around the building which is free for an hour during day time and evenings between 8pm-8am Mon-Sat. A covered parking (Mon Repos) is available for a fee and is 200m away. Public transports (bus line #9) are within 200m. Being in the city already you won't require much of it though since everything is walking distance.
