This listing is for two, 2 bedroom apartments located side by side so you can combine your getaway with friends or family and reserve both apartments to sleep up to 8 people. Both apartments have separate entrances, parking area and no adjoining walls. Conveniently located with the trendy Rock-it Kitchen on your doorstep, you'll be able to smell your favourite morning cuppa brewing before you even leave your cosy Kind size bed. And if cooking isn't your thing, you can dine here without disappointment for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The harbour mouth and Wainamu beach is a short 15-minute walk or take the 30-minute stroll to the centre of town. Even better, bring your bike and ride the gentle 10-minutes into the main street or 5-minutes to the beach and Raglan Mountain Bike Park. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have comfortable and quality King Size beds. Both bathrooms are high stud, with tiled shower and vented sunroof for all daylight and airflow. Please note, there is no bath and the bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lower kitchen shelves are open plan, so please be mindful if you have little ones with you. Guest will have access to both apartments, parking area beneath the apartments and lockable storage units. We are available via phone, email or text and happy to assist at all times. As per the government regulations, if this property location is in a COVID Alert Level 3 we will only accept reservations for those requiring accommodation as an essential worker, travelling to Raglan for essential work purposes. We will not accept reservations for leisure travel. You may be asked to provide your essential worker exemption form and evidence of a negative COVID test prior to arrival. The apartments are located near the lively Rock-It Kitchen cafe which is fantastic for those that want to walk to your morning coffee and delicious all day meals. But they do also have periodic private functions throughout the year. The apartments are double glazed, but It is possible that you will hear some noise if staying during one of these times. We have a great relationship with the cafe and hold a list of these events, please enquire about your dates. Please note that the apartments are located near the roadside so if you are sensitive to car noise at night, we recommend you stay in the north bedroom or bring suitable earplugs with you. Off-street parking for 4 cars and a lockable, covered area for sports equipment. Sorry, we are unable to host pets. Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure. No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 8. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked. Events are not allowed without prior arrangement. This includes birthday parties, hens/stag doos and wedding celebrations. There is no BBQ at this property. The Smart TV is internet based apps only which you require your own log in details for - Netflix, Neon, You Tube, On Demand etc. Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder). Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal. For any personal belonging/s that are left at the property, there is a $30 (regardless of size) minimum return fee + courier bag/packaging. This is to cover travel and time to the post office + administering the return charge. Please note there is a motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage and data can be reviewed. Please note, depending on time frames and property location, there may be additional charges for the delivery service. All linen and towels are included in the nightly rate.
