Cliff Cottage is a three-bedroom property that sleeps six. The downstairs boasts an open plan room with doors to terrace, comprising sitting area with attractive open fire; dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen with electric cooker, oil fired Rayburn, microwave, fridge and freezer and a small snug lounge with TV and sofa. There is also a cloakroom/utility room with WC, basin, newly fitted shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The upstairs of the property has One double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom (non detachable). Both the double and bunk bedroom enjoy fabulous views of the River Dart.
