Come Stay with Us We have a lovely little self contained cottage, nice & cosy with 1 double bed verandah to sit and enjoy the garden Located in Moonah, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bottle shops, supermarkets etc. A bike ride along the bike track to the city or out to Mona. A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. Ensuite with shower, toilet and hand basin. A fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge, lounge and dining table Located in Moonah, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bottle shops, supermarkets etc. A bike ride along the bike track to the city or out to Mona. The cottage is completely separate from the main house. We have an internal paved area for you to park your vehicle Covid notice as of August 2021 My husband and I are both double vaccinated Both property owners work full time, apart from nights and weekends. The phone number given can be used for contact 24/7. We are so looking forward to sharing our cosy little BnB with you, we are also here to assist further in making your stay a thoroughly enjoyable one We are more than happy to assist with any travel enquiries you may have Our neighbourhood has a mixture of culture, elderly, families and people with additional needs. We have lived in the street for 22 years and have a great report with all who walk past. This is a very friendly, secure area, very quiet. You may think your in the country as there are a lot of beautiful birds always chirping away in the trees and Benjafield Park just around the corner Great public transport pick up or drop off just around the corner on the metro bus service. Or a short walk to the main rd where busses run every 15 mins. A taxi ride will cost approx $15 to the city. the airport is a short drive approx 15 mins away. the bike track will take you to the city or out past Mona. leave your car in the driveway and take the alternative transport options. We will collect towels daily and do a general tidy, vaccum and restock etc We would really appreciate it if you could wash up your dishes and keep the stove clean after use Please respect that inside the cottage is a strictly No Smoking zone inclusive of any drugs/bongs you will be asked to leave the premises if this occurs the verandah is ok to use if you enjoy a cigarette Please ensure you lock your door on departure daily as we may not be on the premise when you go out On the day you leave our premise please lock the door and place the key back in the keylock if we don't see you before you go
