With views to the Feshie Hills, this superb double bedroom with ensuite bathroom has ample light with views north and east. A very comfortable room that overlooks the front garden, big trees, borders and driveway. See the sunrise from your bed, and hear the great morning chorus if you leave the windows open. Feshie is a light ariy room with good natural light and windows that open. Guests have access to the lounge and dining Hall, and the garden. There is a bedroom folder with ideas for what to do in a day, other activities in the village, the Heritage Trail, the Wildcat Trail, golf and live shinty matches on some Saturdays. There are pubs and hotels in the village to eat evening meals at or have a lazy drink at. We are happy to help you with any information we can. Newtonmore is a quite wee village on the edge of the Cairngorm Mountains with great hill walking, close proximity to skiing, canoeing, biking and mountain bike tracks. Close to Dalwhinnie Distillery and golf courses with other distilleries and golf courses in the area. Railway station is 500m from the house, this is the main train line north (Inverness and further afield) and south (Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond). Bus stop to similar destinations 100 yards from house. Local taxis, and bike hire available in village. Guided walks, paddles and tours are also available. There are bikes to use free of charge.
