Barn type guesthouse with two double bedrooms and sitting room all open plan & separate shower upstairs, with own entrance into fully fitted kitchen/diner on ground floor. Light and newly decorated with south facing views. Situated in the centre of a pretty village in beautiful Hampshire countryside. Please note sloping attic ceilings and restricted headroom in places. The barn annexe is a comfortable, light and cosy place with 2 open plan double bedrooms, sitting room and shower room upstairs - fully carpeted, and own access to hall/kitchen/dining area with oak floors on ground floor. Garden and area behind guesthouse are private I'm afraid, but lots of lovely walks from here. We hope to be here to greet you and hand you the keys and show you around if you can give us your arrival time. We are available for any questions either at home or on the mobile. Lovely pub in the village, close to historic Winchester and Jane Austen's house. Mainline railway station in Alton, 4 miles away with regular trains to London Waterloo. Some ceiling heights are restricted upstairs so please mind your head! There is a staircase leading up from kitchen to living/bedroom area without a stairgate.
