We are known for our newly renovated China Town which is arguably more diverse and interesting that the one located in the City. It offers more food, entertainment and games than your can imagine. Most stores also close much later than other traditional shops and there are plenty of lovely places to take your (Hidden by Airbnb) worthy pictures with friends around Burwood. Just 10 minutes away, we have convenient transportation options, two shopping centres and a movie theatre. Also check out Burwood Park! It holds special events all year round, and there's also a giant chessboard open to the public! You can take a stroll around the park and try and meet some of the squirrels or ducks at the pond. For families interested in staying in Burwood, there's a gated children's playground at both Burwood Park as well as a play area down the road. Positioned in between two train stations that lead directly to Sydney's city centre, both less than a 800m walk. Down the street, there's also a bus stop (490/492) that can take you to the station or to neighbouring suburbs for a change of scenery.
