Ermita Perdomo is your ideal home. Located in Masdache, it is surrounded by vineyards, wineries and volcanoes. Perfect to start your visits to the island. Very well equipped, it does not lack a detail, good materials, with lots of wood, ideal to unwind and relax. We have a reliable wifi connection reaching approx. 20 Mbps, ideal for working remotely from home. Two bedroom house with double bed and two en-suite bathrooms with large shower, equipped with a hairdryer and high quality amenities (gel / shampoo and moisturizer dispenser), living room with 50 "screen, dining-kitchen, work area , terrace with barbecue area, outdoor shower and solarium with hammocks. Masdache is in the center of Lanzarote, in the middle of La Geria, a volcanic landscape and grape growing area. The area is known for its tranquility, good wine and agriculture. Being in the center of the island is perfect to combine rest and visits. The house is cleaned and provided with sheets, bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturizer dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organize your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival. The check in time is from 3:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 12:00 PM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability. CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturizer dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information. CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
