My Ikigai Guest House at Amaia Steps Nuvali is located in the heart of the country's most vibrant Eco-city. Ours is a space for solo retreater or to a group of friends or family looking for a place to introspect or have an outdoor adventure. This condominium unit is brand new and fully-furnished, located on the 3rd floor with a balcony and partial view of Canlubang Golf and Country Club. There is one bedroom but the space can be customised to accommodate either a single bed or two (2) single-bed sleeping arrangement or be expanded to a queen side bed. Theres a comfortable day bed with pull out to accommodate 2 additional guest. A floor mattress maybe requested to expand the total guest capacity to 6 person. The dining table is also expandable to sit 4 to 6 persons. There is private swimming pool that guest can use between 6am to 6pm for a minimal fee of 75 pesos ( price may change as per PMO) Available 24/7. Adventures are 5-minutes away by car to Republic Wakepark and Camp N. Bike trails, jogging path, picnic spots, boating in a lake and hotels are master planned inside Nuvali. Enchanted kingdom at Sta Rosa is just 25-minutes drive while Calamba City, the resort capital of the Philippines is a mere 15-minute drive. Shoppers will find good deals at the Paseo Outlet Store Solenad Shopping Mall, Vista Mall and Landmark all within 5 to 10 minutes drive. The cool City of Tagaytay is 20-minute away by car while Alabang is just a 30-minute drive. Students and teachers also benefits from the proximity of the place to Xavier School Nuvali.
