Private double room in a modern apartment

My place is home away from home, comfortable, modern decor, bright, welcoming. The guest room is very spacious, bright, comfortable and quiet. My guest has all the privacy for themselves. In addition to the single bed I can provide an extra bed in the same room for an extra guest so you are welcome to bring a friend or a partner My guests are more than welcome to access the living room and the kitchen, I am mostly out, but around if the guest needs me. The kitchen is mostly used by myself, I don’t mind if the guest wishes to prepare food, you are welcome to do so, or stuff food in the fridge, as long as it is not pork. I will appreciate that thank you. I am always around, I greet my guests with a welcome, chat and guidance towards their trip My apartment is very central, close to Main Street, shopping and leisure areas. I have the local bus stop just below my property, and minutes away from me, my location is ideal for everything you need, there is also a beautiful park opposite me, a small supermarket, restaurants in the closest marina just a few minute walk. It’s very easy to commute around, walking around is the easiest, cycling or scooters are popular, there’s taxi, buses, and it’s all small and easy to move around. If you are arriving with a car, the options are free street parking at designated areas, there is also a huge coach park nearby about 4 minute walk, there are also street parkings with payment, like any other town centre, all the options are very near to my house.
