It has an uninterrupted panoramic sea view from the Kaikoura Heads across to Christchurch city and the Southern Alps with a neighbouring rural outlook. The spacious ensuite has a king-size and another single bed with private access to the garden & patio. The host kitchen is well equipped should you wish to cook your own meals with direct access to the laundry room. There's an open car parking area for 4-6 cars at the front of the house. A self-service breakfast is available with a selection of cereals, with coffee, tea, milk and bread for toast. An additional room with a double bed is available and can be arranged with extra costs, if required. Kitchen, laundry, bathroom/toilet, garden, patio, lounge and dining room.
