Studio in the Field. In a peaceful location

We are based on the banks of the River Test, on the edge of the peaceful village of Wherwell. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We are 10 minutes from the main shopping town of Andover; 15 minutes from the historic City of Winchester and 10 minutes from the picturesque town of Stockbridge. The Studio is a beautiful, light and airy, peaceful self contained apartment, based over two floors. There is off street parking in front of the Studio. There is an entrance hall for muddy boots and hooks behind the door for coats. Bathroom with shower is located downstairs. Up the stairs is a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc. a bar you can eat at on grey leather swivel chairs. The sitting room has a double sofa bed and Smart TV. There is a folding table as an alternative to eat on or to use as a desk for your laptop. A corner cupboard contains an iron, ironing board, fan and hanging space. The chest of drawers contains slippers and a hair dryer. There are electric blankets for colder climate. If I am around, I am more than happy to point you in the right direction for walks, etc. There is also a comprehensive manual in the Studio to help you locate delicious restaurants, hair dressers, exhibitions and the local shops. We are next to the village school and within walking distance of the village shop, pub and church. The village, with the River Test running through it, has many pretty, rose covered thatched cottages, is on the Test Way and is also on a popular cycling route. There is a bus service in the village. Also very good taxis nearby.
