Nice house near Leonardo Da Vinci birthplace

Our house is big enough to host your family. Our idea is to host families of 5 or maximum 6 people in our place (please note that in case the 6th single bed will be placed in the parent’s room). You will have two bedrooms and two private bathrooms and you will have one kitchen for your family. We have a free parking area just in front of our house. Our house is situated on a hill around Vinci, 4 km from center and less than 2 km from the birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci. This place is very quiet and relaxing. You will enjoy sunbathing and strolling, eating and drinking here. Moreover from here in 1 hour-1 hour and a half you will be able to visit any place of interest in Tuscany, such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and many others, as well as the Tirreno sea and the Appennini mountains, if you like swimming or trekking instead. During the winter months (normally from November / December to February / March) the heating of the house is a separate cost. At the beginning and at the end of the stay the meter is read and consumption is paid separately. Please note that currently the cost of LPG is around € 1 per liter. It is necessary to have or to rent a car. The bus stop is at 50 meters from the house. Anyway there is only one bus going to Vinci-Empoli in the early morning. The nearest train station is EMPOLI, very well connected with Firenze, Pisa and Siena. Nota Bene: La casa ha l’impianto di riscaldamento a gpl. Durante i mesi invernali (normalmente da novembre/dicembre a febbraio/marzo) il riscaldamento della casa è un costo a parte. All’inizio e alla fine del soggiorno viene fatta la lettura del contatore e si paga a parte il consumo. Si precisa che attualmente il costo del gpl è di circa 1 € per litro.
