It has a king size bed and sofa bed. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, Smart TV with Netflix, balcony and Alexa speaker. Perfect for a city break & set up with everything you need for a great stay in Manchester -long or short The apartment features – 32-inch Smart TV, Netflix, private bathroom with free toiletries, oven, microwave, refrigerator, fresh linen and towels. Besides from our beautiful flat - transport in a city is always important. We sit just 30 seconds walk from New Islington tram stop which means you can get anywhere in and around the city cheaply and quickly. The tram comes every 5 minutes and costs just £2.20 for a city return. We're one stop from Piccadilly station for those coming by train and plane (there's a direct train from the airport into Piccadilly) There's free on road parking 1 minute walk from the flat from 12:30 on Saturday onwards and all day Sunday - if you're lucky they'll also be a spot thats free 24/7 Stay comfortably for longer - use the iron, ironing board and washing machine - all inside the apartment and free to use. Cot and high chair is available upon request :) You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and the building is very safe and secure. Conveniently check yourself in using a lockbox any time after 3PM. If you're arriving earlier please let us know and we'll try to accommodate either with early check in or allowing bags to be dropped into the apartment. You can conveniently check yourself in meaning no stress with arrival times. You'll receive key information like WIFI codes and a check in guide prior to your arrival along with our invaluable WELCOME GUIDE: Here we recommend all our favourite places to eat, drink, shop & visit. We've thoroughly enjoyed testing out the restaurants and tourist attractions and are so happy people love our suggestions too :) Situated next a beautiful canal, our flat sits right on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the Manchester. There's an amazing Thai cafe a stones throw away from the flat - our favourite in Manchester! You've also got a local shop with all the usual essentials. The flat is 30 seconds from New Islington tram stop so getting around is easy! We're just 1 stop from Picadilly station (3 minutes) or two stops to the centre of town (Market street). Trams come roughly every 5 minutes. If you prefer to walk it will take about 15 minutes, passing Northern Quarter on the way. Don't worry if it starts to rain - we provide two umbrellas for the unpredictable Manchester weather. We also offer a fixed price meet & greet service from Manchester airport direct to our apartment.
