Enjoy a beautiful, private property with mature trees backing on to a babbling brook - minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, East Coast Trail, and just 8km from Downtown St. John's! Enjoy this bright location with a private driveway, entrance & deck. Comfortable queen size bed with pack & play and baby monitor available upon request. Coffee, tea & breakfast items provided. Enjoy 550 square feet of bright, clean space! Guests have full access to the entire property & amenities. We are available to give recommendations on things to do, places to see and restaurants to eat! We are available for some pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as baggage storage for a small extra fee. Please message for details. Outer Cove Beach - 10 minute walk. Scenic Middle Cove Beach is 3 km away (about a 5 min or less drive). Access Kelly Park & The Justina Centre via trail from the apartment - about a 5 minute walk. It is recommended guests have a vehicle when booking this accommodation. There is a private, 2-car driveway. There is no public transit in the area; yet cabs are available 24/7. Erica, Dann, their 6 year old daughter Hannah and 4 year old son George live upstairs. When booking, please realize you may hear small feet running about from time to time. We are a family & child friendly home and appreciate your understanding.
