Located close to the town of Vrsar, Istria, Croatia, Villa Lola is three hours by boat from Venice, three hours from the Austrian Alps, five hours from Vienna or Milan and 10-20 minutes in any direction from beaches and gorgeous local villages. In a quaint village, the property has a 100-year old well, a private yard to enjoy your intimate holiday, and a convenient market within walking distance and plenty of great restaurants. The stone farmhouse is carefully renovated with true authenticity, it has all the modern amenities, equipped to feel like your home away from home. The interiors are decorated with Italian designer furniture mixed with locally sourced antiques. One queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds, and 1.5 baths, it sleeps 4 with ease. From starry nights to sun filled days, enjoy being wakened by friendly roosters and authentic rustic charm while you dine outside in the intimacy of your own patio. And for the sports enthusiasts - hiking to swimming, horseback riding, snorkeling, to biking. We love being hosts and are helpful in showing you around and helping you find exactly what you are looking for in your stay in Istra and at this wonderful home. Best is to come with a car. There are convenient rental places nearby we can help you with. The nearest airport is Pula, and in Vrsar there is a private airport as well. We request children to be over the age of 10 years old. Exceptions are made. Guests have access to an incredible home and private property with all of the modern amenities. The house is clean, stocked with dishes and linens, and free parking. We are respectful of your privacy. The property is a very private location for you and your family. We will provide you tips on the many things you can do on your stay. Including great dining to trips to the aquapark, hikes in nature, birdwatching, biking routes and more. Villa Lola is in the village of Flengi, a small quaint and quiet town with numerous family restaurants and a few markets within walking distance. There are biking and running paths immediately surrounding the property. The best way of getting around is by car or bike. Once you get to the nearest towns, then walking is the best mode of getting around. Everything is extremely convenient and easily accessible. Once you arrive you will not want to leave!
