Fully self-contained, private & secure, 6-star energy efficient Studio, at the rear of our family home, with Air Con & Heating. Large mezzanine bedroom with a super king size bed. Downstairs contains bathroom, spacious lounge with TV, Chromecast, WiFi and well-equipped kitchen. NB: Max Two (2) Guests only / Visitors by Agreement with Hosts. The Studio has large comfortable Couch, a full size kitchen and separate Bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with Full Gas Cook Top, Combination Microwave / Convection Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Bar Fridge and everything else you need to Fully Self Cater. Make a Cup of Tea, Cook a Full Breakfast or Roast a Chook? Divine Shower with continuous gas hot water. Privacy & Sunlight Block Out Blinds mezzanine bedroom and ground floor Living Area. Beds can be set up as 1 Super King or 2 King Singles upon request. Separate Access is Via a Side Gate and Pathway down the entire side of our House. Free on street parking right out front of the main house. The stand alone studio is located at the rear of our residential block, separated from the main house by a pool and a yard. Having lived in Williamstown for many years we can help with suggestions for local activities and places to eat out. We have a family friendly medium sized dog and cat who love to meet new people. Williamstown is a great place for a Melbourne get away. Travel to the city by train or ferry and enjoy walking around the bay or through the Botanic Gardens. Enjoy a coffee at the Beach Kiosk or swim at the lovely protected bay beach. A wide variety of shops, cafes & restaurants are just a short walk away. Parking is available directly in front of the property, and it's only a 4 minute walk to Williamstown Beach train station for trains to the city (20 Minutes Travel Time).
