The resort can be used for team buildings or intimate/small/family occasions/parties. The kiddie pool is around 3 ft and the adult pool is 4-5 ft, not a hotspring. CAPACITY The resort’s maximum capacity is 18 pax for adults; 25 w/ kids may fit, but may not be as comfortable. NO extra beddings can be provided as the rooms cannot accommodate extra beddings. RATE Rates, as published by bnb, remain the same without reference to the number of pax. It's a 540 sqm lot property, covering only half of its property, that's why there are spaces for parking, basketball half court, and possible tent area LOCATION & DIRECTIONS The resort is situated within Southspring Villas, Brgy. Bucal, Calamba City. It is accessed from the Provincial Highway, left side – southbound. Southspring Villas is the first subdivision on this side after the Calamba Water District’s open/roadside spring. For commuters coming from the north (Metro Manila), take any bus going to Sta. Cruz (Laguna). For those coming from the south, take any bus going to Alabang, Cubao, Lawton, or Buendia (via Calauan). DIRECT BOOKING For referrals from bnb, bookings will be strictly through the site to avoid any sanctions or integrity issues. We can accommodate you for direct booking should you opt to be a return client. CHECK IN TIME & TIME OPTION Check in time is at 2:00 pm with check out at 12:00 noon the following day for a 22-hour accommodation. AMENITIES The 2-Storey building houses 2 identical bedrooms at the ground, with 1 double-decker bed w/ pullout, 2 double-size beds & 1 single bed. The sole bedroom on the 2nd flr has a 4 double-decker single bed (the 2 bunk beds cohere and can be treated as a king size bed). All the bedrooms are airconditioned, each with its own comfort-shower room. The covered activity area opens to the swimming pool on one side, and adjoins to the kitchen and the communal comfort room on another side. A videoke player with speakers is available for use free of charge. HOWEVER, towels, kitchen, and dining utensils are NOT PROVIDED.
