Wake up in Ramsgate, to sea views from all rooms, awesome sunrises and the sound of the sea crashing on the rocks and beach. Both bedrooms are spacious, well appointed with cupboards, ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms, queen size beds with a sleeper couch in the lounge, suitable for one small child at an extra cost. There is a veranda and garden where you can braai. A short 400m walk to a secluded beach or 800m to Ramsgate Blue flag beach. There is safe parking for two cars with a fully fenced property, in a very quiet neighborhood, so we would appreciate no partying, smoking inside the unit or extra guests visiting. The property has a 10 000 lt water tank on site. There is a limited, basic cleaning service mid mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is an extra charge for a fifth guest (ideally only a child as the couch is very small) using the small sleeper couch, if they are older than 2 years of age. The Guests will access their separate entrance, entire self-catering guest suite from the side of the main house and will have access to the front garden, the lower veranda and their entire self-catering guest suite, which is situated on the ground floor of the main house. The Guest suite is in Ramsgate, less than a kilometre to the nearest convenience shopping centre, pharmacy, fuel station, etc. Several great restaurants, coffee shops in the nearby vicinity as well as golf courses and several tourist attractions in the wider area surrounding Ramsgate, such as, a crocodile farm, butterfly farm, adventure ziplines, mountain biking routes, Big game fishing, shark cage diving, scuba diving, deep sea pleasure trips, etc,.
