L’appartamento si trova a pochi metri dal Giardini Botanico e dalla Casa di Raffaello Sanzio, così come facilmente e con pochi minuti di passeggiata per il Centro Storico è possibile raggiungere il Palazzo Ducale d’Urbino. La città di Urbino acquista poi particolare suggestione e folklore durante la Festa del Duca sia in estate (agosto) che in inverno (dicembre). Principalmente a piedi, poi essendo vicino al Centro E Stazione degli autobus di Porta Santa Lucia è possibile usufruire dei bus e pullman per spostarsi nelle città e paesi limitrofi oltre che raggiungere la Stazione ferroviaria di Pesaro. È infine possibile utilizzare Taxi su chiamata o recandosi in Piazza Mercatale per trovare la stazione dei Taxi.
