We have a kitchen for your cooking needs. No time to cook? Order food delivery using the following apps: Grab or Food Panda. Or walk about a minute to Starbucks, or the supermarket for ready-to-eat meals, and a few restaurants in the East Bay Retail Row and also in the next building to us. SWIMMING POOL Guests who book at least 1 month stay can enjoy complimentary access to a resort-style swimming pool. A separate minimum charge must be paid to the pool attendant if staying less than a month. Rate as follows: ₱300/day - 13 y/o & up ₱150/day - children up to 12 y/o FITNESS GYM There is also a fitness gym for health buffs - for a separate minimum registration fee on site. You will have privacy to enjoy our accommodation during your stay. You will only meet me or my representative during check-in and check-out. I am mostly abroad. If I’m in Manila, I would be happy to attend to your needs. However, if I’m unavailable, and if you need anything regarding your stay, please feel free to reach out to my mom and siblings. They would be able to assist. Their contact info will be provided to confirmed guests. The surrounding areas of the property is beautifully landscaped. We have Starbucks just a minute walk from our building and a supermarket, restaurants and others. If you’re bringing your own vehicle, we have a parking area within our gated community. Please pay the parking fee to the parking area security attendant. Local jeepneys regularly traverse outside the gated property. There’s also a taxi waiting area there, however, they seldom pass by. Our RECOMMENDATION: Download the ride-hailing app ‘GRAB’ which is the safest and most convenient way of traveling in and around Metro Manila. The Grab app allows you to book cars, taxis and SUVs. This app can also be used to order food delivery and top-up your local mobile phone credits, among other features. PAY PARKING for guests with vehicles: Please READ CAREFULLY. 1) 1 MONTH stay or longer, pay to park within the property is ₱100/day. 2) LESS THAN A MONTH stay, pay parking is charged at P40 for the first 3 hrs & P10/succeeding hrs, plus overnight charges apply. These charges are imposed by the Property Management of Rockwell Primaries Development Corp. To avoid these parking charges, we recommend to just use GrabCar to move around the city, especially if you are staying for only a few nights.
