Summary: Whether you’re after a day of fishing out on the boat, keen to catch a few waves, a sunrise walk up to the lighthouse, Buddina Beach House has it all within arms reach! Perfectly placed in the middle of the Point Cartwright boat ramp and Kawana Pocket surf beach, you can head out for a surf in the morning, & relax back by the pool with a drink watching the boats go past. A perfect hub for families to enjoy the best of the coast while still having some of its best treasures within short walking distance. The Space: This home is welcoming, spacious and stylish. The property stretches over two levels, is fully fenced and offers a place for swim, play or relax. It has parking in the garage for two cars, and an extra space in the driveway behind a secure fence. FEATURES INCLUDE: There are four bedrooms (master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite on level 2, a king bedroom on level 1, and 2 king single rooms each with a single trundle also on level 1, and 2 bathrooms. LEVEL 2:- Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, induction cooktop and 2 ovens, filtered chilled water, and soda stream, along with all the cooking equipment a holiday chef could wish for. A huge amount of bench space seating off the kitchen’s island. Master bedroom (top of the house): A plush King size bed, split air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe as well as private en-suite with walk in shower large bath, 2 vanity sinks and a toilet. Lounge/Dining A number of different areas to lounge and relax can be found on the top level. There is formal dining for 8, and a mix of both indoor and outdoor lounging. LEVEL 1:- Bedroom 2 : A plush King sized bed with split air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan, opening up to a huge office with ample work surface area and beautiful views overlooking the harbour. Bedroom 3: A King single and trundle bed with built-in wardrobes, split air-conditioning, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4: A King single and trundle bed with built-in wardrobes, split air-conditioning, and ceiling fan, opening up to the shared bathroom with bath, shower and vanity. Kitchen/Living: - There is a 2nd smaller kitchen and living area (with fridge, dishwasher and sink), directly adjoining the pool area. The living space here is also a media room with TV - Alfresco dining patio with seating for 6 and a 4 burner BBQ - Washer/Dryer for guests to use - Outdoor shower around the corner - All linen and towels including beach towels provided GROUND FLOOR:- Behind the large secure gate there is a parking garage for 1 car. There is also secure parking here in the courtyard for 2 more cars. Access to the main levels of the home are then by stairs to Levels 1 & 2 of the property. The Neighborhood: The house is a few metres from La Balsa Cafe, a quick 1 minutes walk to Point Cartwright beach, and a 3 minute walk to the boat ramp, this is the perfect peaceful getaway. - Walking distance to Norma’s Seafood takeaway, a hairdresser, bakery, liquor store & takeaway food options. - Maroochydore airport is a 15 minute drive - Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive - Australia Zoo is a 30 minute drive - Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 5 minute drive - Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10 minute drive - Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive - Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive Getting Around: - There is easy parking for a boat directly opposite the house Other Things to Note: *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* - No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently (fine if travelling as family with older guests) This property has a strict no gathering and no smoking policy. If you're after a larger gathering, this home is not suitable. Because this is a quiet residential area (and we are obligated to ensure Sunshine Coast Council noise restrictions are adhered to of no noise after 9pm), any breaches to these policies will result in you and your guests being removed from the home without a refund.
