Welcome to wine country. Niagara county is home to 53 wineries! We are next door to Marjim Winery! We are also just 4 miles from Olcott Beach and the marina. And only 45 minute drive to Niagara Falls, NY OR Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada. You can visit the Erie Canal and go for a boat ride or go to the Lockport Caves. We are located in next to many orchards, apples, peaches, cherries, and more! You can watch the sunset over Lake Ontario just outside your door. Or just peak through the blinds. Our guest suite provides WiFi, a large sofa with two recliners; entertainment center with tv, direct tv; kitchenette with high top pub table for two; queen bed, dresser, large bathroom and oversized walk in shower. Guests are welcome to a morning or afternoon stroll in the neighborhood. We are available by text. Our little neighborhood is generally very quiet with only 13 homes it’s private and peaceful. You’ll want to have your own car for transportation.
