The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking the garden. It is located in a building with a beautiful garden and children's play area; the location is an urban area bordering the protected green zone (SudMilano agricultural Park). San Donato Milanese, the outskirts of Milan, is a very green area and main operational headquarters of Eni together with a prestigious Hospital; its a quiet area well served and connected to the city centre, is the southern terminal of the Yellow Line 3 of Milan Metro. It is a 5-minute walk from the railway station to Milan (San Giuliano-Borgolombardo), and a 5-minute bus ride (132 stop in front of the house) to the terminal stop of Metro line 3 yellow. The main companies located in San Donato, ENI, BMW, LG and UNIPOL can be reached on foot. If you arrive by car, its 1 minute from the exit San Donato of the freeway-Highway and 10 minutes ' drivie from Milan Linate airport.
