Waterloo Dawn, Central London

Please note. See response below re Coronavirus. This is a clean and private room in a shared apartment. Your room locks and you will have your own keys. The apartment is situated on the first floor within a quiet and secure apartment block. This is central London. You can walk to everywhere central including to: London Eye, Big Ben, The Thames, Southbank, St Paul's and Buckingham Palace. Zone 1 underground stations Waterloo and Southwark are within 3 minutes walk from the apartment.  There is another guest room in this apartment. There is shared use of the bathroom and restroom which both have a lock for your privacy. There is also shared use of the kitchen. Social distancing measures are in place. See Coronavirus response in ‘Other things to note’ below. Description: - Private room and a separate lock and key - a quiet apartment within a calm block. Also safe local streets at night - Bed linen and towels are provided including extra pillows if you need - Free Wi -Fi Internet connection - A metal radiator for when it's cold and also electric fans for when it's hot! Check-in and check-out is flexible but the latest check-in possible is 11pm. Cleanliness is a priority. Previous guests will check out at least 24 hours before you arrive.  A deep clean of the apartment will take place before you arrive.  It is important that you tell me the time your train or flight arrives in london so I coordinate. Please note check-in after 11pm is not possible. So do not book this room if your flight lands later than 9pm.  This is a shared apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is a separate bathroom and toilet/restroom. Social distancing must be observed. See response to Coronavirus in ‘Other things to note’ below. You will have full privacy during your stay. I am discrete so you probably won't see me unless you need advice or assistance. If so I am available either in person or by email / text etc. Social distancing is on place and we must maintain one metre distance at all times. Only one person in the kitchen at a time. Surfaces will be wiped down with antibacterial clothes which are available in the apartment. Also see Coronavirus response below. This is central London. You can walk to everywhere central including to: London Eye, Big Ben, Southbank, Tate Modern, St Paul's Cathedral, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, Downing Street, Buckingham Palace, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, Borough Market and both London and Tower Bridges You can walk everywhere central. But also the Zone 1 Waterloo and Southwark underground stations are within 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Please note. In response to the Coronavirus pandemic all steps are taken to ensure that the safety of guests is maintained and that the apartment is clean and free of any possibility of infection. Previous guests will check out at least 24 hours before you arrive. Prior to your arrival a full deep clean will be undertaken of the apartment. This will include disinfectant and bleach on relevant surfaces. All bedding provided including protective under-sheets and towels will have been washed at high temperature prior to your arrival.  Prior to your arrival you will be informed of any other guests staying during your visit. Guests must observe strict social distancing rules and remain no less than one metre apart from each other at all times. This means only one guest can use the kitchen at a time. Surfaces must also be wiped down with antibacterial cloths after use which are available in the apartment. This apartment is within an apartment block. However all residents observe strict social distancing measures. Where residents enter and exit the block at similar times they are asked to open and shut the gate themselves without holding the door for others so that social distancing an be observed.
