Lovely villa in modern style close to the beach

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with a nice terrace. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood only 5 minutes walk from the city center, including the famous Hikkaduwa beach with great snorkeling opportunities, world class diving stations, and 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes in a tuktuk to Narigama, where you will find a lot of restaurants, beach bars and one of Sri Lankas best surfing beaches. The house has a free WIFI connection. The house have 1 bathroom, that can be entered directly from 2 of the rooms. The last room does not have direct acces to the bathroom, but can be entered through one of the other rooms. The bathroom is fully equipped, and the washing machine is free to use and there is hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, table oven, gas cooker and all in cutlery and what else you need to make and enjoy your food.
