Cozy holiday house on the hills of Montegranaro, just 10 km from the sandy beaches of Civitanova and with a panoramic view of meadows and olive trees. In the large enclosed garden available for exclusive use is a whirlpool for three people and a barbecue area equipped for outdoor dining. In the common areas with the guests of IMK177 and IMK178 is a large swimming pool, another whirlpool, children's playground, outdoor space and small gym. The owner lives in a separate house nearby. Ideal starting point to explore the central part of the Marche region and to visit Fermo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the renowned seaside resort of Porto Recanati and the Regional Park of Monte Conero. The Marche region produces excellent wines and olive oil, its food is tasty and varied. The pool is located approx. 50 m distance from IMK159. At about 25 km is the beautiful city of Macerata whose symbol is the Sferisterio, site of an interesting opera season of international importance. Here you can also visit the Palazzo Ricci art gallery and, in the charming Piazza della Libertà, visit the Civic Tower with the planetary clock. From the top of the tower the panoramic view of the city and the surrounding landscape to the sea is of unparalleled beauty. The nearby town of Monte San Giusto is also worth a visit, and during the Clown & Clown Festival (usually at the end of September) it lights up in a thousand colors in an atmosphere of great joy. Here you can also visit the beautiful Palazzo Bonafede and the Church of Santa Maria della Pietà. And to make your holiday even more interesting, the owners, on request, will organize a course for you to make pizza. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.
