There is a local convenience store at the end of the road and many places to dine out. The house is close to the Leigh Sports Village and Parsonage Retail Park. For walking or leisure there is Pennington Country Park, Leigh Centurions Rugby and Leigh Rugby Union. Other attractions are Haydock Park Racecourse, Manchester United and Liverpool Football Clubs. It is convenient for Liverpool, Manchester and Salford Quays as well as the Trafford Centre and Media City with Wigan borough also within easy access. Easy access to major motorways such as M62 and M6. Guests who stay here are booking the house exclusively with sole use of the bathroom and kitchen diner as well as the lounge. Prices start from 1 person up to 4 people and are charged per person. I am available throughout your stay but will not be on site. You will be afforded your privacy to enjoy the house and the local attractions. This is a close neighbourhood and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. There are local buses that will take you into the town centre where you can get buses from the bus depot to take you into Manchester, Bolton, Wigan etc where you can then take trains to go further afield.
