Summary: Shavasana Villa is a newly renovated and decorated villa with a government-issued tourist license. It is the ultimate family, friends and wellness destination in Ibiza. Shavasana Villa is owned and managed by Pretty Green Property Management. Shavasana Villa is near many Ibiza stunning beaches such as Salinas, Playa d’en Bossa, Talamanca, Cala Salada, Cala Conte, Cala Bassa, Cala Jondal. As it is in the middle of the island, it takes 10-15 mins to drive to Ibiza town, to most clubs and beaches. We are providing more stringent cleaning procedures for our properties to ensure our guests' health and safety. All our bed linens, bathroom towels and pool towels are professional laundries. The Space: Shavasana Villa is set-up to sleep 14 guests in 7 bedrooms. We have the option to set-up the property with eight bedrooms to accommodate +16 guests. We can fit a maximum capacity comfortably of 20 guests. To achieve this, we can convert 2 of our three lounges to bedrooms. We use proper extra single beds with professional linen to ensure our guests will have a good night sleep. Please note if you are more than 14 guests, you will need to book the property for the correct number of guests to set up the villa for the right number of guests in your group. Situated in the middle of 6 acres near San Rafael, this hidden gem offers a perfect holiday while in Ibiza with beautiful views. Although the villa is secluded and private, San Rafael centre is only three minutes away. There are beautifully manicured and natural gardens flowering throughout the seasons at the front of the property. We have our own red and white grape vineyard around the pool and garden areas. We have a wonderful organic herbal garden on the side and back of the property that produces herbs for our daily teas and meals. The villa has two large outdoor terraces and a BBQ station. There is a versatile shaded outdoor dining area for those all-important pre and post-dinner party gatherings. Shavasana Villa has a shaded chill-out zone opposite our pool. The pool size is 15m x 5m accompany by three large sun umbrellas and 16 sun loungers. Lounges: The villa has three outdoor furnished lounges and three indoor lounges Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, Flat Screen SmartTV, Mobile Bluetooth Speakers, sofas, dining room, coffee table and chairs. Kitchen: A spacious kitchen with its quality range of fixtures and fittings to provide everything guests could need for self-catering: Fridge, freezer, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, grill, oven, microwave. The early hippies who flocked to Ibiza deemed the area special. It has been declared the only artisan zone – Zona de Interés Artesanal – in Ibiza because of the traditional pottery shops there. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels, linen and maid services provided at check-in. We can arrange additional services upon guests request. Getting Around: Best to use a rental car or taxi for your local transfers. We will provide direction, coordinates and google maps location once your booking is confirmed. Other Things to Note: Guest can check-in on any date of the week and can have short stay pending availability and terms per period. We will block a breakage security deposit of €2,000 upon arrival. This breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within five working days upon check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any damages to claim. We can offer extra cleaning to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional information should you wish to book this optional service. HOUSE RULES: No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property. No parties or events allowed. However, we are pleased for you to play music at a respectable level inside and around the pool. Checkin time is from 15:00 – 21:00. After 21:00 we need to arrange a late check-in at an extra cost of €50. Early check-in can be arranged if possible at an additional cost.
