Forge in France. 7 bedroom house with indoor pool

Playfair House is a large house set in 50 hectares of parkland, woods and lakes. It has a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, library with outside terrace. It has a grand dinning hall that seats 20 plus people, a music room with grand piano, 7 bedrooms 6 of which has ensuite bathrooms, and a lovely big modern kitchen. This is a secluded country house not in a village. Plenty of parking on site. Great WiFi. This house is constructed out of ancient materials but contains all modern amenities. It has a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, library, banquet hall, music room and seven lovely bedrooms six of which have en-suite shower/bath rooms. It is surrounded by parklands, woods and large ponds. The house is warm and welcoming and set apart from any village so your own transport is necessary. Guests at Playfair House can have access to the grounds which includes lakes, woods and parkland. The whole of Playfair house will be exclusive to you including the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. My husband and I live on site in our own house which looks onto the courtyard. We can sometimes be seen feeding the animals and maintaining the land but mostly we will leave you to enjoy the big house. We ask that noise is kept to a minimum in the courtyard after midnight. We live on site and are happy to offer assistance if needed but equally happy to let you enjoy the property on your own. We are set in the depths of the french countryside between two quaint small villages Journet and La Trimouille. La Trimouille has a convenience store, bar, pharmacy, gift shop, bank and art gallery. Montmorillon is the nearest large town it is a market town which holds a market every Wednesday morning. Nearby there are beautiful towns and villages, lakes with watersports, climbing walls, kayaking, horse riding and many lovely places to cycle or walk. There is no public transport so you need a car to get around. Children are welcome but the house is not set up for babies or toddlers and children must be watched as there is deep waters in the grounds. The indoor pool has no shallow end and is 1.5 meters deep everywhere.
