Welcome to my lovely apartment in the popular Melbourne suburb of South Yarra. The apartment is situated on trendy Chapel Street but nestled in the middle of our beautiful courtyard, away from any noise so you get a good night's sleep. A fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa/jacuzzi are all available for your use as my guest. Fabulous on-trend shops, cafes, good coffee, supermarket, cinema and tram stop are all at our doorstep and the CBD is just a 7 minute train ride away. Enjoy a private room right in the heart of Melbourne's iconic Chapel Street shopping precinct. Your room comes with floor to ceiling windows that open up onto a private little balcony; your own bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space with hangers. All you need to do is unpack and relax. Centrally located with easy access to restaurants, bars, cinemas and shopping, you can take advantage of the in-house heated swimming pool, spa, gym, WiFi internet, Heating, Air Con, Pool, Gym, Spa, Kitchen facilities etc are all available for you to use. With the convenience of a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and other speciality stores at your doorstep, you won't have to worry about a thing. Public transport is located right at your front door, or take a leisurely walk to the city, the Botanic Gardens, MCG, soccer, tennis or basketball stadiums. At the end of a hard day's work or sightseeing enjoy a dip in the pool, relax in the spa, or work it out in the gym! Chapel St is famous for it's cafes, shopping, boutiques, restaurants, nightlife and people watching. It's a great place to base yourself for a fantastic Melbourne experience! Guests have access to all rooms except my bedroom and bathroom. You are free to use cooking basics like oil, salt, spices and condiments... I have a whole draw! I just ask that if you do like to cook please just replace anything that you empty. As my guest you will also have full access to the swimming pool, gym, sauna and landscaped courtyard. I'm happy to help guests if I can. Please just let me know what you need and if I don't know the answer, we'll (Hidden by Airbnb) it! The neighborhood is safe, friendly and interesting. Lots of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, cinemas and of course shopping. It's a 1 minute walk up the garden path to the supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the popular Prahran Market. There is easy access to plenty of good quality fresh produce, and food from all around the world. Two minutes away is the Yarra River walking/running/cycling track where you can follow the river right into the heart of the CBD - or maybe just as far as the beautiful Botanic Gardens. If it's sports or entertainment you crave, then it's all just a short walk away. Soccer, tennis, basketball, cycling, netball, Aussie Rules football. Tram or bus is at your doorstep and the train is a three minute walk - everything is right here. This is a private residence so no outside guests please.
