Tiny house in a Masignano vineyard

Small house in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olives. La Spezia, Sarzana and Cinque Terre are easily reachable from the house. This site is currently being updated. At the ground floor there is the living room with a kitchnette and the bathroom. Upstairs there is the bedroom with a double and a bunk bed. Guests will be able to benefit the garden surrounding the house. We also make available a free parking lot. You can ask for a barbecue. Right now there is a small woodem table in the garden, for two people so couples can eat outside. We are planning to buy a bigger one for families! We live nearby the house, so if there is anything you need you can ask us without any problem. Otherwise I will be completely available at the phone, also via sms. Masignano is a hamlet nearby the very typical village of Vezzano Ligure. In Masignano there are only small detached houses, with their own gardens and sometimes, and this is the case of the tiny house, their own fields, with vineyards and olives. The house is easily reachable by car (it takes 5 minutes from the motorway), while it’s not perfectly connected with public transports. If you want to come without car be aware you’ll have to walk for about 20 minutes on an ascent. Even if the tiny house is in the countryside, it’s in a strategic position, between La Spezia, a city with about 100 thousand inhabitants, famous for its poetic gulf, and Sarzana, a smaller city with a Medieval city centre, nice for a walk. In addition you can arrive in some balnear localities in 10/15 minutes by car: Lerici, a small village nearby the sea, famous for its castle, San Terenzo, Marinella. There is a train station at 2,5 km from the house (25 minutes walking) where you can catch a train to Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Sarzana, Pise. There are also two bus lines , P and 11, which stop respectively at 12 and 25 minutes from the house. If you need a lift you can advert the host in advice, but we inform you that the location is not the most comfortable without a car! The house has these domestic appliances: -Fridge, Frizer -Nespresso coffee machine with coffee and tea pots -Toaster -Electric kettle There are also two air-conditioning, one for each floor. We make available sheets, towels, board games, cutlery, dishes, glasses.
