I'm offering a fully self-contained one bedroom apartment with its own private entrance and access to a swimming pool. This apartment is just 2 minutes walk from centre of Port Vila. The property has two apartments. One is where I live with my husband and the other is the one bedroom apartment which I’m hosting on Airbnb. Transport is not a problem as the property is 100 mts from a busy road, shops and a bus stop. Fully contained one bedroom apartment consisting of an open plan living/dinning room; separate kitchen with full size fridge and gas stove; large queen size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and kitted out (bed linen, towels and kitchen/dinning utensils). The property is secure and the apartment has its own entrance. There is a large undercover veranda with access to a swimming pool. The apartment is regularly serviced leaving guests free to explore the wonderful surrounds of Port Vila. My husband and I are living next door. We will always be on hand to assist guests and provide information about Vanuatu and places to visit (shopping/dining etc.) The property is situated off Pompidou Road and is just 2 minutes leisurely stroll to Port Vila’s CBD (dinning/shopping and banks). The area is safe and walking into and around town is not a problem. Port Vila has some great dinning with about 30 restaurants within the town area. The majority of these are within walking distance. There are local buses that run along Pompidou Rd. Just flag one down and the driver will take you to any destination around Port Vila for the cost of 150 vatu per person (about $1.80 au I have a tour boat business “Lagoon Cruises” and run regular two-hour narrated cruise along the entire Port Vila lagoon, affording magnificent vistas of the island and catering up to 40 guests onboard an open air pontoon style barge. For guests who book and stay for 7 or more days, I will offer one free Lagoon Cruise trip.
