Our 1-bedroom apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the main train station. You will surely enjoy the amenities and advantages of this centrally located, urban residence. Our 1-bedroom apartment (60 m²) was recently renovated and is ideally suited for expats and newly arrived Zurich enthusiasts. It boasts a large balcony with a view of trees and a small garden. The airy accommodation features high-quality furnishings in the living/dining room as well as a multimedia station and an eat-in kitchen. The apartment also has a large bedroom with wardrobe, queen-sized bed (200x160 cm), two nightstands, and a contemporary workstation. A spacious entryway with a roomy built-in closet and a bathroom with bath tub complete the apartment. WLAN Internet access is also included in the apartment price. Additional room service is offered on site. Also included are all incidental costs, weekly cleaning of your apartment, changing of the bed linen, and use of the laundry room. THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE INCLUDED: - fully furnished apartment - fully fitted kitchen - weekly change of bed linens, towels in the bathroom and kitchen - weekly cleaning of the apartment - weekly removal of household waste (max. 1 large garbage bag per week) - satellite TV with multimedia system (full HD TV, DVD/Blu-ray/CD player) and the listed TV transmitter - WLAN Internet (home use) - use of the laundry room - all incidental costs - check-in and check-out of the apartment - administrative costs - provision and use of hotel services - final cleaning (to a reasonable extent). Additional garbage removal and more extensive cleaning services will be charged to the Guest at an additional surcharge. THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED: - Consumables such as toilet paper, detergent, light bulbs with replacement, etc. - Cleaning of personal objects (closet contents, dishes, cooking utensils, laundry, etc.) - Landline phone or LAN Internet connection.
