Newly renovated mid 19th century stone house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for six guests. The house has two big terraces, and a 300m2 garden at the back, perfect for relaxing outdoors. It is located 350m walk from a beautiful beach in the quiet traditional village of Rijeka Rezevici. The beach is accessible on foot or by car, with a great restaurant and beach club, Balun. Located 50m from the house is the fish restaurant Izvor, and a little village shop with food and drinks. Enjoy the fusion of modern design meeting traditional architecture in the mid 19th century stone house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms equipped with air-conditioning and television. The dining area has a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and a smart television. Wi-fi signal is strong in all areas of the house. There are outdoor spaces, fully furnished with seating to enjoy dinner outside and beautiful sunsets over the sea. We have all the amenities you need during your stay here: - Smart TV, excellent Wi-fi signal, cooking appliances, utensils, wine & champagne glasses, dishes, etc; - For your hygiene you can find towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash; - The kitchen is equipped with basic herbs and cooking ingredients and a water boiler. First aid kit and washing machine are also available; - Complimentary tea and coffee; For hot summer days two bedrooms and the dining area have air conditioning, whereas the third bedroom is in a stone room, so that is it cool even when hot outside. We love food, coffee and outdoor activities, so we are happy to give you all the local tips for anything you need! The village of Rijeka Rezevici is located between Petrovac and Budva. It is the one of the last authentic and not over-touristic villages on the coast. Petrovac, which is 5 km away is a beautiful little seaside town, perfect for spending the day on the beach, or evening strolls along the pier with numerous local restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine. Budva, which is located 13km away is famous for its lively night life and stunning Old town, one among the oldest urban settlements of the Adriatic coast. Substantial documentary evidence provides historical references dating back to the 5th century BC. Rezevici is located 50 minutes drive from Podgorica airport and 40 minutes drive from Tivat airport. We are happy to organize a Taxi to pick you up (cost appr. 35 €). Otherwise there is also the possibility of renting a car directly at the airport.
