Self contained unit, all amenities, wifi, netflix

Please note we deep clean with rest days between stays for everyone's safety. Fully self contained unit with covered & part enclosed deck; kitchen with all amenities; Air Con; 40" TV; Netflix; Wifi; shower room bathroom; garden bed with herbs; outdoor table & BBQ. We are completing some landscaping (pond in main garden) so be aware of that & we have a little dog. We are a 10 min drive to South Beach, 15 min to Fremantle, 12 minutes to Murdoch University & 13 minutes to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Peaceful backyard setting with covered deck. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and deck are all private for your use only. The garden still has some landscaping to complete. There is an outside laundry on the main house deck with independent access and lines for hanging laundry there or drying racks for your deck if you prefer. The kitchen is fully equipped for making basic meals and please feel free to cook outside on the deck. There is a two burner plug in electric hotplate that can be used inside or out. The parking area is in the front of the property on a mulched driveway and be aware it is not undercover at this stage. It is short walk to the unit through a gate and down a path. Everything is well lit for night arrivals. Very quiet neighbourhood You share some of the main garden with the pond (if we ever get it finished!) and you may see us and/or our little dog occasionally. We endeavor to give you privacy but sometimes the flower beds need a little water. In February and March every year we are visited by a flock of rare Carnaby's Black Cockatoos in our huge Lilac tree. If you love wildlife up close, you can observe these beautiful wild birds from within a few feet of your deck.
