Quiet peaceful country retreat is close to Newcastle airport, Nelson Bay/Port Stephens, Hunter Valley Vineyards, Historic Maitland & Morpeth etc.. the location is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids) whom enjoy quiet peaceful country living, it's the best place for relaxing & unwinding. Very quiet peaceful & pretty, 5 acreage lush green property with beautiful scenery. Valleyview has recently upgraded its pool facility. We now enjoy the magnapool experience. Designed to give you the best possible swimming experience with focus on health, beauty and the environment. The magnapool experience provides therapeutic and environmentally friendly mineral water to swim in. You are basicly swimming in a mineral water pool. Guests can enjoy walking around 5 acres green property, can have a swim in the magnapool, can have a cup of tea/coffee, or a drink at the sunny deck, enjoying the beautiful rose garden. The apartment is attached but also separated from main house. My husband and I will be there if guests need any help or local information. The whole area are all acreage properties, very quiet place. No cooking facilities in the apartment, a small fridge & microwave only. A small BBQ for use outside the apartment. Please note: The accomodation is only a one bedroom apartment, there is a bunk bed in the living room. It is set up for hotel / motel style accomodation.
