It benefits from a beautiful view of Lugano mountains and lake. It is located only 20 meters from the main square of Montagnola and 2 minutes by car from TASIS. The village counts of a grocery shop (including a post office), one butcher, restaurants, a pharmacy, the city hall, and the Hermann Hesse Museum. You may experience a typical local dinner in the Grotto in Agra or Gentilino within five minutes by car. The apartment is 86 m2 with a lovely living room of 22 m2 with four large windows, large sofa and a TV where you may use your Netflix access. The bedroom has a large bed (1.80 m) and a baby crib or a single bed is available upon request. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, dishes, and all necessary utensils for cooking) and is connected with the dining room area.
